Accessibility

Built to feel welcoming for everyone.

Accessibility is part of how we practise wellness. What we do today and where we can do better.

Last updated 22 June 2026.

Our commitment

Acca Preventive Health Ltd, trading as ONE Personal Wellness, is committed to ensuring digital accessibility for people with disabilities. We are continually improving the user experience for everyone and applying the relevant accessibility standards. We treat accessibility as part of the craft, not a checklist.

Conformance status

We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines explain how to make web content more accessible for people with disabilities and more user-friendly for everyone.

Measures taken

  • Semantic HTML with a proper heading hierarchy.
  • Full keyboard navigation support throughout the site.
  • A skip-to-content link for keyboard users.
  • Alt text on all informational images.
  • Sufficient colour contrast ratios (minimum 4.5:1 for text) in both light and warm tones.
  • Responsive design across mobile, tablet and desktop.
  • ARIA labels and roles where appropriate.
  • Form labels and error messages associated with inputs.
  • Visible focus indicators on interactive elements.
  • Reduced motion when your operating system requests it.
  • No content that flashes more than three times per second.

Known limitations

Digital signature pads
the consent signature canvas requires a pointing device or touchscreen. We provide alternative methods for members who cannot use these; please contact the wellness hub directly.
Third party content
some embedded content (such as Stripe payment forms and the BBPOS WisePOS E Terminal interface) is controlled by third party providers and may not fully meet WCAG 2.2 AA.
PDF documents
some downloadable documents may not be fully accessible. We are working to remediate these; contact us for alternative formats.

In the wellness hub

Our space is laid out to feel calm and unhurried. We can adapt your wellness intake, your session length and the pace of your visit. If you have a mobility need, a sensory preference, a translator or carer with you, or anything else you want us to know, please tell us when you book your Discovery Experience.

Feedback

We welcome your feedback on the accessibility of this website. Email hello@onepersonalwellness.com or call 028 9013 4407. Tell us what you were trying to do, where you ran into a barrier, and the device or browser you were using. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within 5 business days.

Enforcement procedure

If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Equality Commission for Northern Ireland (equalityni.org) or the Equality Advisory and Support Service (equalityadvisoryservice.com).
