ONE Personal Wellness is a wellness hub. We are not a medical, healthcare or independent hospital provider, and we are not regulated by the Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA), the Care Quality Commission (CQC), or any other healthcare regulator. The words "wellness hub" describe our premium wellness setting and not a registered medical facility.
Our services, including Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions, Cryotherapy, Infrared Sauna, Red Light Therapy, Air Compression, Lymphastim, EMSculpt NEO, Emsella and Hair Restoration protocols, are wellness services intended to support general wellbeing. They are not a substitute for professional medical care, diagnosis or therapy.
None of our services are intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease. If you have a medical condition or are undergoing medical therapy, you should consult your GP or specialist before commencing any wellness programme with us. If your concern is urgent, contact NHS 111, your GP out of hours service, or attend A&E.
Individual results from our wellness experiences may vary. We do not guarantee any specific outcomes, improvements or timelines. Factors such as your general health, lifestyle, adherence to recommended protocols and individual physiology all influence results. Testimonials and case studies on our website reflect individual experiences and should not be interpreted as guaranteed results.
Information you provide on the wellness intake is used solely to assess suitability for our wellness experiences. It is not a medical record and is not reviewed by a medical professional.
Certain experiences may not be suitable for individuals with specific health conditions, including but not limited to: pregnancy or breastfeeding, uncontrolled cardiovascular conditions, epilepsy or seizure disorders, active infections or fever, pacemakers or implanted medical devices (for certain experiences), blood clotting disorders or anticoagulant therapy, severe claustrophobia (for Hyperbaric Oxygen sessions).
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete information in your wellness intake. Failure to do so may result in adverse effects for which ONE Personal Wellness cannot accept liability.
