Localised Cryotherapy

A cold stream directed at one area, sharp at first, then bright and light.

The therapy

Localised Cryotherapy uses precisely controlled cooling to deliver targeted cold therapy to specific areas of the body as part of a personalised wellness or recovery programme.

The rapid cooling stimulates the body's natural response to cold, helping to soothe treated areas while supporting normal circulation as tissues warm again following the session. This targeted approach allows individual muscles and joints to be addressed without exposing the whole body to cold, making it a popular choice for those looking to complement active lifestyles, recovery routines and overall physical wellbeing.

Sessions are quick, comfortable and require no downtime.
