Lymphastim Compression Therapy
A slow rhythmic massage through arms or legs that leaves you feeling lighter.
- Session
- 30 minutes
The therapy
Lymphastim uses advanced intermittent pneumatic compression technology to deliver a gentle, sequential massage to the arms or legs.
The rhythmic compression supports healthy lymphatic drainage and circulation, helping the body naturally manage fluid movement while promoting relaxation. Many members use Lymphastim to reduce feelings of heaviness, support recovery after exercise or travel, and leave feeling lighter, refreshed and restored.
Sessions are comfortable, non-invasive and suitable for a wide range of wellness goals.
