Whole Body Cryotherapy

Three supervised minutes of cold, then a clear, awake lift that lasts.

Session
3 minutes

The therapy

Whole Body Cryotherapy exposes the body to extremely cold, dry air for just a few minutes, creating a controlled cold stimulus that activates the body's natural physiological response.

The rapid cooling causes blood vessels near the skin to temporarily constrict before returning to normal after the session, supporting healthy circulation and the body's natural recovery processes. Many members include Whole Body Cryotherapy as part of their performance, recovery and resilience routines, with sessions often leaving them feeling refreshed, energised and mentally invigorated.

Comfortable, quick and requiring no downtime, it is a popular addition to an active and proactive wellness lifestyle.
